Accessibility Statement
This website is run by Dennis Boult Services. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
Adapting your experience to your needs
We want everyone to have a great experience while using our website, but you may find that changing the settings on your computer will help tailor that experience to suit your individual needs.
If you encounter any issues while using the site, you can report them to us. You can also get support and guidance on accessing the wide range of accessibility and personalisation tools built into computers, tablets, and mobile phones via My Computer My Way, a free resource that helps you customise your computer to make it easier to use. This resource will help make it easier for you to use all websites, not just ours.
We don’t provide built-in accessibility tools, as we believe it’s better to support everyone’s personal device settings and assistive technologies.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
Enforcement procedure
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Websites and Mobile Applications (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’). If you’re not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
Dennis Boult Services is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Websites and Mobile Applications (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
